Nowadays more and more young people prefer to follow the fashion. On this phenomenon,different people have different views. It is held that one should follow the fashionso as not to be despised or considered eccentric. But it is also held that oneshould have one's own judgment.
Those who hold the first opinion think that society is progressing and one shouldadapt oneself to the constant change. In their opinion, if everyone always sticksto the old fashion, there won't be any change and naturally there won't be progress.In contrast, those who hold the second view think that one shouldn't follow thefashion without discrimination and one should have one's own judgment and characteristics.
As for me, I agree with the latter opinion. Admittedly, one should be flexibleand adapt himself to the situation, but this is not to say that one should followthe fashion without discrimination because the fashion may not be beneficial.Weshould consider whether the fashion is favorable or unfavorable. Moreover, oneshould have one's own characteristics. If everyone follows the same fashion, therewill not be variety and the whole society will be monotonous.

我對趕時髦的看法
現在越來越多的年輕人喜歡趕時髦，對於這一現象，不同的人有不同的看法。有人認為為了不被輕視或被認為古怪應該趕時髦，但是也有人認為應該有自己的判斷。
那些持第一種觀點的人認為社會在進步應該使自己適應不斷的變化。他們認為如果人人總是堅持舊的方式，就不會有變化，自然也就不會有進步。比較起來，持第二種觀點的人認為不應該不加辨別地趕時髦，應該有自己的判斷和特點。
就我看采，我同意後者的意見。誠然，人應該靈活以適應形勢，但是這並不是說應該不加辨別地趕時髦，因為它也許沒有益處，我們應該考慮它是有利還是不利，而且，應該有自己的特點。如果人人都趕同樣妁時髦，就不會有變化，整個社會就單調如二
