Fashion lives in Africa

Whenever we talk about Africa, the first things come into our minds are: deserts, AIDS, Malaria, hunger and even deaths. It seemed that fashion has nothing to do with Africa. It was something belonged to other worlds.
However, after I have been in Uganda, I started to realize that: fashion lives in Africa.
Maybe because of the bright sunshine, and because of the wildness assimilated from the lions, African people are remarkable show experts. They are keen to show the world of their existences.
African people are bold enough to try every colour and match every color. Dazzling red with green, shouting purple with sapphire-like blue. Colours Muzongus have no nerve to combine match well on them. Seeing them dressed in so many strangely yet harmoniously matched clours, you might mistake as if you were enjoying C.Dior debut.
African people are ingenious hairdressers. Haps, God want Africans to prove their ingenuity, He had not given them long hair. African people』s hair look like tiny snails crawling on their heads, which in a way is very unique and unpatentable. Based on their own hair, African people use nylon or other materials to on the roots to style them into many ways. Similar to grafting in Gardening and transplanting in Medical Sciences, it allows unlimited variety of styles and gives life. Long and short, straight and curled, whatever style fashionable in other countries is available here. Their ingenuity rewards them by standing out being the ONLY ONE. They can tie numerous colourful beads along the hair, or braid their hair into different patterns: watermelon, flowers, and letters. What amazes me most, is to first braid the hair in horizontal way, one lay by the other. Local people give it a beautiful name: wavy style. Then they suture the artificial hair and the waves together. Watching the needle passing in and out of the wavy hair, reminds me of the beauty of sun-setting seaside. You may exclaim for the incredibleness of the hair dressing just as when you see flaming clouds emerging with the rolling waves.
Talking about fashion, you cannot ignore African』s figures. Hollywood』s filmmakers tend to present Big Mamas, like they did in the film Sisters.
BBC reports shot skinny refugees crying for help. However, in reality, African』s figures would easily accelerate your heartbeat, and cause your eyeballs to be on strike. Why? Cause they are SOOOO…O good! Tall and slender, with
topping breasts, wasp waists, swing hips, rolling butts, and
  model's-like slender
legs. They are angles and devils all in one. Local people give it a figurative name: Figure 8.
Of course, they also have Figure 9 (skinny ones) and Pineapples (stout ones). However, I would strongly recommend you to give more looks to their waists. You shall be fascinated how small and well shaped their waists are, no matter which figure group they fall into. Sliding down from the backs and rolling up to the butts, it appeals your inner most desire.
See. Ingeniously matched colours, masterpiece-like hairstyles, and most breath taking figures, all of them compose a fashion world. Not East, not West, this is Africa!
